The Interview Companion Agent is an AI interview notetaker that joins your live interviews. It takes notes in the format you set and can draft the interviewer’s feedback. Interviewers can stay in the conversation instead of typing while the candidate talks.

When the interview ends, the interviewer gets a Slack or email message that the notes are ready, with a short summary and a link to the interview. You can also have the agent fill in a draft of the feedback form. The interviewer reviews that draft, edits anything they want, and submits it. The feedback stays theirs.

You choose how candidate consent works before anything is recorded. Recording can be on unless the candidate opts out, or it can wait until they opt in. You can also have the agent post a short notice in the meeting chat when it joins, with a link to the candidate’s recording preferences. If the candidate declines, the agent leaves the call.

Yes. The agent joins video interviews on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. For phone interviews, you can turn on a dial-in number so the call is captured and the same notes are produced. Phone capture stays off until you enable it. See all integrations here.

Yes. In fyi, you can ask what a candidate said, for example how they handled the system design question. The answer comes from the interview transcript and quotes what the candidate actually said.
